All packages are prepared and dispatched directly from our warehouse. Please note that order processing times may be extended during holiday seasons and peak sale periods.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are prepared within 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase and are shipped the day following order fulfillment. Please note that we do not process or dispatch shipments over the weekend.

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to update or modify your shipping details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the processing stage, no further modifications can be made.
